Product Description

In order to produce a closed cell foam, the blowing agent must be decomposed before the full properties of the polyvinyl chloride are formed and the polyvinyl chloride is transformed into a solid. To do this, the resin molecular weight, Plastic Gel temperature and foaming agent decomposition temperature must be balanced. The foaming agent should be decomposed near the GEL temperature to produce open-cell foam.
